The “Most Beautiful Country” is an annual event, a large-scale media project of the Russian Geographical Society aimed at preserving the nature of Russia and promoting an attitude of care towards the environment. 2018 is the fourth year when photographers of different nationalities have sent their works to the contest, but only Russia's beauties are in the focus of their lens: flora and fauna, landscapes, artistic sketches and ethnographic portraits. The jury includes President of the Russian Geographical Society Sergey Shoygu, famous wildlife photographer Sergey Gorshkov, artist and sculptor Dashi Namdakov, and others. Best works are exhibited in different cities in Russia and abroad.
In the Krasnodar region the exhibition is organized by the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society and Krasnodarekoneft Refinery.
