Lectures
The Moscow Lecture Hall of the Russian Geographical Society opened its doors in March 2011. Not considering the lecture halls of some of the regional branches, it became the third biggest lecture hall after the Yu. M. Shokalsky Lecture Hall in St. Petersburg and the lecture hall of the Moscow Branch of the Society (Staromonetny Pereulok, 29, in the building of the Institute of Geography of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
With its state-of-the-art equipment and the capacity of 65 people, the lecture hall has everything necessary to hold various events: lectures, master classes, film screenings, seminars, round tables, press conferences, intellectual games.
