“We are going to hold the 29th Conference of the Parties. But not much progress is seen in the implementation of result-oriented projects. Instead of blaming, the developed nations should help the developing and underdeveloped countries for the climate protection, financially and technologically", said Mr. T.P. Sreenivasan.

Presiding over the function Honorary Consul of Russia and Chairman of the Indian Center of the Russian Geographical Society Mr. Ratheesh Nair said: "Russian scientists were trying to reduce the negative effect of climate change, but double standards of some developed countries make most countries abandon their attempts to prevent the root cause of climate change. Both Russia and India share the views of not blaming poor nations for the climate change. Representatives of Russia and India made it very clear that both countries were against politicizing the issue of climate change". Also Mr. Ratheesh Nair mentioned that more events would be organized to create awareness about the negative effects of climate change.
