Did you know that Russia is the only country in the world that celebrates the New Year for 11 hours in a row? A wave of happiness, meetings, and wishes will soon begin its journey from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, until it reaches Kaliningrad almost half a day later. With such a large country, the 180 years that the Russian Geographical Society has been operating are just the first steps. There is a long and interesting path ahead. Dear friends, we want to thank you for traveling it together.
